World’s greatest cars heading to Salon Privé London for spectacular luxury motoring festival

More than 150 automobiles from the world's most prestigious manufacturers will be on exhibit at Salon Privé London, which will take place at Royal Hospital Chelsea from April 21-23, 2022. The latest models from Bugatti, Maserati, and Lamborghini, which will be represented by H.R. Owen, a prominent London-based merchant, will be among them.

With a history dating back to 1932, H.R. Owen has always been associated with the most coveted premium vehicle brands, and it will be presenting the new Maserati MC20 at Salon Privé London. The two-seater mid-engined supercar is the spiritual successor to the legendary MC12, and its 3-litre twin-turbocharged V6 delivers 621bhp, good for a peak speed of 203mph.

H.R. Owen, representing Lamborghini London, will showcase the astonishing 770bhp Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae on the lawns of Royal Hospital Chelsea. Lamborghini's latest Aventador is the most powerful naturally aspirated car the company has ever made. As the ultimate refinement of the Aventador lineage, just 350 coupés and 250 Roadsters will be manufactured, and the 220mph hypercar symbolises the end of an era for the renowned Sant'Agata marque. It will be on display at Salon Privé London with the new Huracan STO, which is inspired by motorsport, and the latest Urus SUV.

A handful of automobiles will make their UK debut at Royal Hospital Chelsea, as befitting Salon Privé's standing as one of the world's most exclusive automotive events, with the latest models from Alpine, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover SVO, Pininfarina, and Porsche on exhibit. They'll be joined by Hispano Suiza and Genesis, as well as British experts Envisage, Everrati, Jensen Automotive, and Overfinch, for a lineup that spans reinterpreted antiques to next-generation hypercars and electric vehicles.

The Concours de Vente, a ground-breaking concept that will involve established dealers from the UK, Europe, and beyond displaying 60 of the finest collectors' automobiles – all of which will be for sale – will be at the heart of the event. Barkaways, Dylan Miles, DT Vintage, Ecurie Ecosse, Graeme Hunt Ltd, Howard Wise Cars, Richards of England, RS Williams Ltd, Fiskens, The Classic Motor Hub, Furlonger Specialist Cars, The Octane Collection, and Vintage Bentley are among the specialists already confirmed. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime chance for them to display a selection of their most important consignments in one location.

In addition to the automotive attractions, Salon Privé London promises to be one of the UK's most elite events, with lots to see and do. The shopping village will feature high-end fashion labels such as Boodles, a well-known British jeweller. Everything from Patek Philippe watches to Riva motor boats and Bell helicopters will be on display, as well as Salon Privé's legendary first-class hospitality. Salon Privé London will be a foodie's joy, with Pommery Champagne flowing and fascinating cocktails from NoMad, Louie, and the Donovan Bar mixologists, as well as exotic international street-food stalls.

The Sloane — the event's exclusive VIP Hospitality Pavilion – also offers a spectacular three-course sitting luncheon, with DJs keeping guests amused far into the evening. Salon Privé London will be open until 9 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, allowing guests to enjoy the party atmosphere well into the evening.

'With over 150 vintage, supercars, and luxury models on display, Salon Privé London promises to be a spectacular automotive celebration where, for the first time, everything on the lawn is for sale,' said director David Bagley. But there will be something for everyone because, in addition to the incredible lineup of automobiles and the Concours de Vente, there will be live entertainment throughout the day, plenty of possibilities for luxury retail therapy, and the best in international cuisine and drink. Few cities can rival London as a party destination, and this will be a memorable way to kick off the motoring season.'
